With Tinkercast's "Two Whats?! And A Wow!" daily science quiz, we bring curiosity to kids’ wrists. Every day they pick the one true fact (wow!) from three unbelievable statements (what?!) earning puzzle pieces and collecting badges along the way.
The Challenge
The “Two Whats?! and a Wow!” game from the immensely popular podcast. How do we bring that to a smartwatch and let kids play along?
The Idea
Every day kids get three unbelievable statements but only one is true. They discover surprising facts earn puzzle pieces and collect badges. With themes like spooky season winter and spring the quiz stays fun. Play before or after school without distractions.
The Solution
We designed a complete gameshow inside a tiny screen. We've created animations using Tinkercast's vast library of illustrations, and added voice over transcriptions using the stars of the podcast themselves, resulting in a friendly learning environment.

The Results
Featured by Google, Samsung and highlighter in The Verge. In a grand launch by Google, including our other projects Rebel Girls, Tech Deck, Unicorn Academy and Rubik’s Cube, this app reached 50K+ downloads and over a 100K questions answered by kids around the world, within weeks.
