Increasing customer loyalty by making cars smarter. We helped BMW dealers reconnect to their clients through a customer loyalty app that turned every BMW into a smart car.
The Challenge
You are ready to go for a long trip to the south of France. You packed your car, your kids are in the back seat, you've got your snacks and drinks and are ready to drive towards the sun. But what is that? Your ‘check engine’ light comes on. Why now? Why did it not warn you in advance?

The Idea
Every BMW has a sim-card that signals telemetry data back “home”. We made that existing data stream accessible to the driver. This way, even drivers of older, non-smartphone cars could benefit from smart insights about their vehicle. A fresh way to strengthen the BMW brand and make innovation tangible even in legacy models.

The Solution
We developed the app and platform powering it, developing a new communication channel for BMW and its past customers as well as a strong motivator for them to re-engage with BMW ultimately establishing a customer loyalty that previously was no longer present.

The Challenge
Live DJ sets lack transparency and interaction between the artist’s performance and the audience’s experience. What the artist actually does on stage is covered in mystery.
The Idea
Allow fans to experience a live set up close and interactive. Let them study Hawtin’s creative process while the magic is happening.

After collecting and organizing the data of all connected cars, not only were we able to provide smarter results to the end customers, but also cleared the roads towards smart, A.I. controlled maintenance prediction.
